We offer a worry-free maintenance program that allows you to enjoy your outdoor lighting all year long, night in and night out, starting at $500 per year with an additional mileage fee for locations outside our 30-mile radius.
We offer an Annual Preventative Maintenance Plan for outoor lighting systems, individual service calls for accidental damages, and options for servicing, rehabbing, or upgrading systems installed by other contractors.
What's included in our annual maintenance plan?
- Two lighting technician visits per year (in spring after mulching and in winter after leaf clean-up)
- LED 5-year replacement warranty
- Trimming of plant growth or
- repositioning of fixtures within two feet
- Cleaning of all fixtures and lenses
- Timer resets
- Reburial of any exposed cabling due to erosion.
- Voltage amperage and transformer testing to ensure longevity
More about the LED landscape lighting preventative maintenance program
Purchasing or converting to an LED landscape lighting system is a great investment. All of our LED products have a 5-year full replacement warranty and a rated lifespan of between 25,000 – 50,000 hours (10-15 years of life at average usage).
All landscape lighting systems need maintenance due to plant growth, voltage fluctuations, dirt and debris build-up, root growth, contractor/landscaper damage and unavoidable failures.
Fixtures and transformers all have a lifetime warranty against defects.
In addition to the maintenance plan service, our LED service plan includes complete coverage of all LED components. For a typical 10-20 light system, the cost of an LED Plan is roughly the same as a service call fee and replacement LED component.
*This program continues until the homeowner cancels. Cancellation requires at least a 30-day notice.
The maintenance plan does not include the following:
- Replacement of products or parts with expired manufacturer warranty or those not included in the manufacturer’s warranty
- Damage from natural disasters
- Repair of work done by a 3rd party
- Damaged wire from digging, animals or tampering of any kind
